The Sarah Sessions -- Words Of Wisdom

Select pearls of wisdom culled from the thousands of pages of Sarah Sessions transcriptions. Sarah is a past life entity of my wife and comes to us during the sleep state. When she first started talking in her sleep over 20 years ago, it seemed only natural for me to ask questions (who, what, where, when & why). As the material developed I was often astonished by the answers I received. Not only about Sarah, but about my past life with her (as Uh-Gouwa) and that of our children and how we came to be entwined with one another for yet another lifetime.

SUCCESS

People who are truly successful, always try. They're not driven by the wrong reasons. They are only motivated by the right ones. You know what the right ones are. Don't cloud yourself with unfair thoughts. Don't allow your mind to be cloudy or muddy. There's no reason for that. If you truly follow the god within yourself, the universal truth, then you'll never be alone. You'll never be unclear. You'll know that even the toughest moments are telling you something.

LIFE PHASES

Every life has its passing phases. A wise person can see the phase and adjust. The fool never sees and fails to change. Unlike the one who knows, will see. Even in the dark there is always color. There is always light, or different shades of gray. Feel it deep enough and you'll see the light.

TODAY

Everything is not as you see. It's only temporary. Today is what matters. Today is what's important. Tomorrow is just a figment of your imagination, subject to what you think it might be. The moment is right now. That is not imagined. It is right now. Do not waste time feeling moments that are not even there. Do not waste time feeling moments that are only in your imagination. The only moment that matters is the moment that you're in. You can make each moment be the most important moment you'll ever have. And if you remember that, then you will know that the past moments, although they are real, they cannot be touched, and the present is fabulous. The future is not real. It's just an illusion.

TRUTH & GOD

If we accept everything as truth and everything on faith and trust, there is nothing to doubt. There is no reason to suppress, yet we do it. Our human nature wants us to do it. It is not, as some people suggest, that some evil force is creeping into our mind and trying to take over. Because how can truth and how can faith be the work of an evil person? It is not possible. God is always with us. He provides us what we need to know. That is not some weird person waiting to damn us.

YOUR CHILDREN

Whatever your expectations are for your children, you have to remember that they have their own expectation. You must agree with them. You must smile and wish them well. Let them make their own mistakes, they can't live through your mistakes. This world is a fun place to be when you open your arms and embrace it. You can't live in the past for what you don't have. You must think of the possibilities ahead for they're every changing and ever reaching. The only way that you don't reach what you need to reach is through your own limitations. But God did not give you any limitations. If you were to believe in God you must believe that the world is yours.

WISDOM

Know that you have the wisdom within you. Know the Universe is surrounding you. It's engulfing you. It's consuming you. It's holding you in its hand. Know it, understand it. Do not be afraid. Do not be angry. Do not be anxious. Send kind loving thoughts to everyone. You will be consumed by goodness. All the truth will become know to you. Know that, the beginning, the middle, the end. Do not be distracted by what appears to be obstacles, because they are not obstacles, they are just things. Nothing is bad. There is no bad. Trust in that. Trust in your feelings. Trust in the Universe.

THE KEY

They key is to not always have dialogue with your mind, but let your mind have dialogue with you. The words are there for you to hear, but you're to busy cluttering it up with things to ask, things to know. All you need to do is wait and the answers will be there. Don't force the answers to come because you then wouldn't be able to hear them when they're there. You need to silence yourself and allow your mind to come to you. it's very simple. You need to be completely willing to let go of everything you distrust and every fear or self doubt you have. Your answers will come.

THE TRUTH
